Installing a TP 5 with a factory-installed D3LC in a T4

Hi there.

I would like to install the TP 5 remote control in addition to the factory-installed Eberspächer D3LC air heater with timer and temperature pre-selection in my VW T4 Multivan.
Does anyone have any idea if this is possible? (I've heard different things about it...)
What parts do I need to build a Y-fitting?
