Hello everyone!

'I'm experiencing a problem... Lately, I've been feeling like the engine is running too rough. Some time ago, I worked with MichaelJ to adjust the ESP and align the injectors, and everything was great. However, during the work, we encountered a problem.'
I bought an NBF (Nozzle Body Fuel) from ATVG Germany on eBay. It was supposedly new, but this nozzle was leaking diesel between the threads of the holder and the nozzle. I tried to check the nozzle for tightness, but it was completely stuck.
'I recently replaced the glow plugs, but only 3 of them are new; the fourth one is an NHG model, which I could buy cheaper on eBay. Now I'm driving with 3 new glow plugs (after 10,000 km) and one old (NHG) glow plug. Could this be the main cause of the knocking sound in the engine? When the engine is fully warm, the noise is almost gone, but when the engine is cold or warm after short trips, you can hear a distinct knocking.'
I once put my ear to the valve cover and I could hear a knocking sound coming from cylinder number 1 or 2, right where the new injectors are.
I realigned the nozzles, but the problem still persists.

The exhaust smell has also changed; it now smells like a truck. Okay, the EGR system is disabled and the catalytic converter is removed, but the engine shouldn't still smell like a beat-up truck.
Oil consumption is 0.2 liters per 4000 km.
Mileage: 259,000 km.
Starts easily without any smoke.
Almost no stuttering, except for a slight one at low RPMs.
Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:

'No error messages.'
ESP in a timely manner.
LMM-new Pierburg.
N75 valve, new.
LLK cleaned.
Smart socks, new.
Fuel filter, new.
New oil (5W50, full synthetic).

I know it's a 1.0-liter engine, but it should rev like a TDI and not like a pre-chamber engine.

Has the opening pressure of your new nozzles been checked or readjusted?

What does the dynamic injection timing look like with the new injectors? Could it be too early?

What does the 'no running' rule state in group 13?

P.S.: If I've missed anything, it's partly due to your writing style...

Hello!!

'Wow... The old injectors have been refurbished by BOSCH, and I assume the opening pressure has been adjusted.'
Okay, I don't own a VAGCOM device. I'll reach out to MichaelJ to see if he can help me.
The start of injection has been newly adjusted using VAGCOM and further adjusted manually.

Please provide the text you would like me to translate from German to English.
