Passat TDI: New Cars from Quelle - Reviews?

Hi,
Has anyone ever taken a closer look at the offers from Quelle and Carplus? They are currently offering, among other things, a very well-equipped Passat for around 23,000 euros, including taxes.
Actually, a leasing contract at the company is about to expire, and an offer like that, which could save around 5,000 to 6,000 euros, would come in handy just at the right time.
Now, the car would be delivered to our doorstep 'as is,' which means we would have to take care of the registration ourselves.
Now, regarding the question: Is there anything to consider when wanting to allow EU re-imports into Germany? In the past, for example, it was said that an exemption permit was needed for the missing headlight adjustment system. Others told me that only cars in Germany are equipped with an additional electronic brake force distribution system. How does it stand with the equipment designations of VW? Is a 'Comfortline' always an equipment variant for the German market, or is this designation also used in other EU countries? The offered Passat is now a 'Comfortline' after originally an 'Olympic' was offered.

The only difference I've noticed so far with the Holland cars is the lack of glow plugs. No one knows why, but it's a drawback I can live with. I've saved a lot of money and invested in a pre-heater instead. It actually provides even more power.

Regarding your actual question: If the German documents are already available, there is no problem registering the car normally (i.e., as usual).
If this is not the case: Apply for a certificate of good standing from the KBA (German Vehicle Registration Authority). There are .pdf forms on their website that you need to fill out with your address and the vehicle's VIN. Write "URGENT" in large letters on the form, and you should receive it back within about a week if you send it by registered mail. This information will cost you around 15€. ATTENTION: Many road traffic offices do not require this certificate, so it's best to check beforehand to save money and time.
Wenn das geklärt ist, das zum Auto gehörende CoC Papier ( so eine Art Fahrzeugbrief auf EU Basis ), Personalausweiß, Versicherungsnachweiß ( Doppelkarte braucht man nicht mehr ) und etwas Bargeld mitnehmen. DIe Anmeldung kostet hier bei uns 19,80€ mehr da der deutsche Fahrzeugbrief noch ausgestellt wir. Das That was it.

And by the way, if you ever have any issues with your car, I've never had any complaints with a VW dealership during the warranty period.

After driving a few hundred meters, warm air comes out of the vents (Climatronic), even in freezing temperatures. I can't imagine that being possible without auxiliary heating. PS: My savings back then were about 25% below the German list price. I saved almost 9,000 flakes! VW certainly had to pay the same amount for warranty work (turbo, transmission, etc.) . I bought it through a re-importer. In the end, it was still a bit cheaper than importing it myself (since they buy 10-20 cars at a time and can therefore buy even cheaper). And I didn't have to deal with any of the work.

Okay, I'm talking about a VW Golf Type 1J, and Jan also has the same issue with his Ibiza 6K: These are Dutch-market cars and don't have glow plugs (at least, not in the Golf 1J [engine code ASZ] and I'm not sure about the Ibiza 6K [engine code]).
I can't say for sure how it works with the Passat, I've just shared the information I've gathered regarding buying cars in the Netherlands.
