Audi A4 Auxiliary Heater / Parking Heater

I have an Audi A4 1.9 TDI, manufactured in April 2003, which has a built-in heater.

Jetzt ist die Frage: Welche Standheizung hab ich? An der Motorhaube steht ARDIC und mein Audi Händler sagt Webasto. What's right now?

'I would also need a wiring diagram/connection diagram for the auxiliary heater. I want to build a remote control for it using my phone, and I need to know which pin I need to connect my signal to in order for the heater to start!'

It is an original auxiliary heater.
Do you know of an ARDIC auxiliary heater? Is it perhaps a product of Webasto or Eberspächer?

According to Webasto's documentation, Webasto is not an OEM supplier for the heating system in the A4. While there are installation guides available for the A4, these refer to heating systems from the accessories range, not to original equipment.

It might be helpful to send an email inquiry to Audi and possibly to the standard STH suppliers.

EDIT: I just Googled 'ARDIC auxiliary heater.' It seems to be a manufacturer. And if you already have the sticker on the hood, then it's definitely from them.

Why are you asking me via PM to send you Webasto documents, when it's now so obvious that you don't have any of them? I honestly find that quite rude. And I'm also putting in the effort .

Well, if it's an original unit, you can get the wiring diagram from a friendly source within the company (ELSA).
I'm going to get a wiring diagram on Monday, as I might want to install one.

I'd like to apologize, but you know more than the Audi dealer I spoke with, and even the Audi hotline. No matter who I contacted at Audi, the answer I received was always 'Webasto.' Even the Webasto hotline told me that they offer auxiliary heating systems for original equipment. I hope you understand that I still had to ask again!
