Rubber lip on lower swing arm cover - 1Z

Hi.

To remove the 1Z oil pan, the lower part of the flywheel cover needs to be removed.

"Dadran 'genietet'" is a rubber lip. As far as I could see, it's hooked into the upper part, which is covered by the engine.

Now, the rubber lip has come off the bottom part.

What is it used for, and would you replace this part with the attached lip, or would you simply reassemble everything?
