I've been experiencing this error intermittently for the past two years:
Quantity setting lower limit entered in the error memory.
I have a Hopa plug-in tuning system installed. Is that the reason, or does it not matter?
Furthermore, for the past year, there has been a jerking sensation when accelerating from low RPMs, which suggests a partially slipping clutch. However, I had a new dual-mass flywheel installed last year (which, in this case, included a new clutch), but the rattling noise persisted.
Could this possibly be related to the fuel injection pump?
Mileage: 165,000 km.
Thank you for your help.
P.S. The workshop wants to take a look at the quantity adjuster. Does that help?
I've had this box for 3 years now, and it wasn't like this back then.
More importantly, the question was whether the module was causing this 'lower limit quantity setting' error, or whether there was actually a fault.
I did it, and...
The performance is the same as with the Modul version.
So, the thing is broken! (After two years)
Since I got it at a special price without VAT back then, I really can't send it in for service.
I think I'll install the 10Cent luxury version. This is likely nothing more than this Hopa module.
A standard AFN, like that one, is quite slow.
