Error Code N146: Quantity Setting Issue

During the inspection of my Passat, the following error code was read:

Quantity setting - N146.

The friendly VAG (Volkswagen Group) workshop employee said that it was caused by...
Powerbox (PSI, purchased from ATU and professionally installed) and would not be...
further concerning.
The car doesn't have any major problems, except that it sometimes had issues in winter temperatures around 0 degrees Celsius.
He went into emergency mode at maximum speed, but now that it's warmer, he doesn't do that anymore.

Is it true that the error is caused by the power supply unit, or...?
Should I conduct further research?

"Decent" boxing gloves should ideally not cause any errors or malfunctions.

My suggestion: Disconnect the device, clear the memory, and observe whether the error reappears.
If so, is it due to something else (wow, what logic *lol*)?

If the problems are definitely caused by the device --> return it or reduce its power.
