Jittering While Deploying: Troubleshooting Guide

Good evening.

I'm a complete beginner and I hope I'm in the right place. After hours of unsuccessful searching, I want to try my luck here. Now, about my problem:

I drive a 1.9 TDI Octavia manufactured in 2000. Recently, I've noticed some jerking or shaking when the car is coasting (e.g., at a traffic light). However, this disappears immediately when the vehicle comes to a complete stop. I believe the jerking occurs as soon as the speed drops below 10 km/h.
It manifests both through shaking or vibrations inside the vehicle and through the sound of an engine running unevenly.

I hope I was able to express myself clearly and that someone has some advice for me!
