Golf4: Turn signals flickering, wipers too slow, lights too dim (Solution)

I'd like to offer a tip here that concerns the electrical system of the VW Golf 4.

Problem: The turn signals are flickering, the windshield wipers are moving very slowly or stopping altogether, and the headlights are only shining dimly.

Cause: The grounding point under the battery was loose and consequently burned out.

Solution: To verschandeln this area and then properly secure the battery compartment, you need to remove the battery and then the battery holder.
It's not the center of mass that is visible from above without removing the battery.
