Cable Tie Tool: Installation & Removal

Hello,
I have a Golf IV TDI PD ATD with 100 horsepower!
I would now like to disconnect the intake hose in front of the EGR valve!
Is this attached with spring clamps? Are there any good tools for removing spring clamps, especially in hard-to-reach places in the engine?

A simple water pump pliers have been sufficient for me so far. I don't want to buy a specialized pliers because you can't really use them for anything else.
I would anyway replace the frequently loosening hose clamps with hose clamps, because the connection between the turbocharger and the pipe to the intercooler has already come loose on its own twice in my case. With the hose clamp, it's now stable.

Yes, of course, you can reuse the cable ties, but the question is whether they still hold securely after multiple uses .
The connection I mentioned has now proven to be critical, and it's the only one I've replaced with a hose clamp.
I'm not quite understanding your problem. Surely you have a pair of adjustable pliers? If not, you won't go broke buying one, and that tool is always useful (unlike a specialized plier).
