Logfile without data:-(

Hello,

Today, I wanted to use my 3112 to log some data.
The communication with the Lappi device appears normal, but the .csv file only contains the header with the MWB identifiers; there is no other data. The date and time in the .csv file are correct.

It initially looks like I didn't press the start button, but I'm 99% sure I did.
(However, I haven't checked whether the button had switched to STOP during the intended logging process ).

Has anything similar ever happened to anyone?
Or could it be a bug in VAGCOM?

Yes, I experienced that too, but only once, and the error hasn't reappeared since.

Okay... Do you still remember if the start button was in the "stop" position while it wasn't logged in?

I've experienced that before, but only with the 'German' version.

I'm sure the 'start' button was pressed, so the knob was in the 'stop' position.

Yes, I'm sure of that, because I pressed the button at the end, and everything actually looked perfect.

I already deleted them in a fit of frustration... but I didn't notice anything unusual about the empty hard drive.

If something like that happens again, I'll save the next one for you.
