Exhaust Manifold Compatibility: Seat Ibiza & Polo

'For some time now, we've been experiencing an unpleasant 'RRR' sound in my wife's Seat Ibiza while driving or accelerating.'
Interestingly, it first appeared after an inspection.

..When we were at ATU on Saturday, I had them check something out:

Exhaust manifold torn off!

Therefore, my question is:

Which exhaust manifolds are compatible with a Seat BJ 99 (I think it's a 6N model)?

Does anyone know if and when this part, for example, was installed in the Polo?


We have the 'newer 1.4L/60HP engine'.

(Due to cost reasons (and stress reasons related to the casting).)
Looking for a used exhaust manifold, but doesn't seem to be in a hurry.
At ATU, the replacement cost, including the manifold, is 250 euros.

We appreciate any information you can provide.

Unfortunately, I can't be of much help, but the Polo from the 1995 model year onwards is a 6N (the newer model is a 9N), and the Ibiza/Cordoba are 6K models (the Cordoba and the Cordoba Vario are built on the same platform as the Polo Classic and the Polo Variant).
