Hi,
sorry I don't speak German. I have a problem with passat 94' (tdi engine 1z) steuergerate. My steuergerate is dead, and my car is 2/94, and I have bought used steuergerate (from passat 11/94,tdi 1z,028906021AK) with immobilizer, but my car doesn't have immobilazer and fault is p 1570. Is there a way to turn the immobilizer off or maybe some other solution? I have VAG-COM 311-2

As far as I know you don't have any possibility to cripple the immobilizer by using a normal VAG COM version. But there are possibilities to handle this problem. First of all you could try to get the original carkey, the ignition lock and the immobilizer induction part. But I think this can lead to other problems.
Another idea is to find out somebody who is able to cripple the immo. I just used google an find this page gti-tdi.de and he says that he is able to do what you need. Perhaps you will get more information by sending him an email?

By the way, what was the problem with your own 'motorsteuergeraet'
my motorsteuergeraet works but I have following problems with it:
In measurment block all values are in order except Power Suply which is always cca. 2V lower than it should be (when engine is working 11,95V). When is install the new motorsteuergeraet the power suply is correct (engine not working (12,24V). The symptoms with old motorsteuergeraet are less powerful accelaraction, from 1.500 - 2000 O/min when driving engine noise is much louder (like TDI timing is not correct, but in VAG-COM timing is correct). Car has reduced horse power like it is TD and not TDI. MFA is showing 2-3 litres/100km more fuel consumption than it is. I have tried all possibilities except Bosch pump and motorsteuergeraet. When I put 160-180 Ohm with 2 diodes antiparallel, between wires 2, 3, then the acceleration is as is should be.
