VW T4 2.5 TDI AHY with software.
Bought with 379,000 km and a new AT (Automatic Transmission) engine.
Engine failure at 390,000 km due to a broken crankshaft.
I've been using ACV Block and software recently.
Current mileage: 448,000 km.

Passat 3B, 1.9 TDI PD (ATJ), first registration 03/2000.
Currently 450,000 km.
New turbocharger installed at 160,000 km, otherwise the engine is all original.

My Spanish car now has an incredible 477,000 km on the clock, and it's still running; it's not being spared at all. Unfortunately, the body is rusting. It will probably survive to reach 500,000 km, who knows.

My Volvo 850TDI, with a VW engine (AEL) or a Volvo engine (D5252D), has now reached 630,000 kilometers. It's completely stock.

AFN engine in a Volkswagen Golf 3 (from 1997).
At 195,000 km, the owner had a chip tuning modification done, increasing the power to approximately 125 horsepower.

Current mileage: 332,000 km.

No issues, oil consumption is normal (as it was 23 years ago).
First turbo, first clutch.
The VP37 engine needed a new gasket set at one point, but otherwise, there have been no repairs to the engine or its surrounding components.
He still runs like he always has, when he's supposed to.
Fuel consumption on the last (relaxed) vacation trip: Measured at 3.9 liters.
Conclusion: Super tuning for a super engine.

Currently 616,000 km.

AEL engine, 140 horsepower, 6-speed manual transmission, manufactured in 1996.

ESP renewed, condenser and dryer from the air conditioning system replaced, radiator replaced, belt tensioner and ribbed belt replaced, vibration damper replaced, vacuum pump replaced, alternator replaced...

That's all I can think of for now.

Current fleet that will remain within the company:

Audi A2 3L 1.2 TDI 61 hp (chipped to 90 hp), year 2001: 570,000 km. Nothing has been done to the engine yet.

Audi Allroad 4B 2.5 TDI AKE, year 2001, with Stage 3 turbocharger and Bosio injectors, producing approximately 300 horsepower, with 560,000 km on the odometer. Once, the cylinder heads were replaced due to camshaft issues at 260,000 km, but otherwise, the engine has not been opened.

VW T4 ACV 1997, 102 hp, converted to VTG turbo and front-mounted intercooler, approximately 190 hp, 610,000 km. Just to be on the safe side, the clutch was replaced at 500,000 km, otherwise it remained untouched.
