Hello Andre,

If the engine control unit does not receive the speed signal, the anti-kickback function of the control unit will not work, and the car will tend to jump or "kangaroo."
The speed sensor is located on the transmission differential, so check the cables and the sensor there.

Best regards, Rainer.

Hello everyone,

I have another question. After I deactivated the AGR (Abgasrückführung), my car ran quite well for about 1000 kilometers. Now it's happening again, the scales just aren't operating at full capacity.
As Ulf had told me, I once checked the intake manifold for contaminants, and there was approximately a 5mm thick layer of oil buildup inside. But that's not all! If the two-way valve that regulates the vacuum at the EGR system fails, will the EDC (Engine Control Unit) go into limp mode?
"Something isn't right; I'm also having problems when braking. It's not that the pedal gets soft with repeated braking, but quite the opposite. The pedal gets harder and harder. Then, if I don't brake for about a minute, the pedal becomes soft again. Could the vacuum pump be defective? However, if you disconnect the hose that runs from the pump to the two-way valve, you can immediately feel that the pump is generating vacuum." Maybe not enough?

Okay!
I am waiting for your replies.
Best regards, Reuselkopp.

That sounds like there's air in the brake hydraulic system -> you need to bleed the brakes!

Best regards,
Uwe

Hi,
But if there was air in the brake hydraulic system, then the pedal would always become softer, not harder.

What causes a faulty two-way valve to trigger the EDC (Electronic Diesel Control) system to go into limp mode?

Regards,
Reuselkopp.

Hello,

Which valve are you referring to?
If an emergency stop occurs, an error code is stored -> read the error code.

Best regards, Rainer.
