What happens if the check valve fails? AFN

In my ongoing and unsuccessful search for the "Saugrohrdruck Regeldifferenz" problem, I have now discovered that a small check valve in the vacuum system is defective. It has a two-way opening. Anyone unfamiliar with it, it disconnects the pressure reservoir for the N75 on the turbo from the solenoid valve for the AGR. Could my problem be that the error code is being set under load and that it is going into safe mode?

So far, I have checked everything that I could find here as tips and that I could also check myself. So, everything from driving with VAG Com and observing data is done.

Mag auch turbos geben ,wenn die richtig heiß werden, damit sich dann die VTG zwickt..

Ich werde mal die Tage versuchen eine Runde AB zu fahren mit Beifahrer der den Schleppi bedienen kann. Und ich werde nochmal versuchen alle "Druckwege" ab Turbo abzudrücken.

Das Problem mit dem Notlauf ist leider alles andere als selten, ich schaffe das in nicht mal 1 Minute inkl. losfahren wenn ich es drauf anlege. Will ich jemanden überholen schaffe ich es an ihm vorbei und dann gleich Notlauf. Um so mehr Last um so schneller geht das ganze. Auf der AB schaffe ich z.B. wenn ich über 140 Fahren will keine 300m ohne das er sofort wieder in den Notlauf geht. Gebe ich sachte Gas kommt es leider auch aber da dauert es minimal länger als bei fast Vollgas.

Ich weis ja nicht mal wie lange das Problem schon so extrem ist, weil in der Regel drehe ich den Motor nicht über 2000 1/min. oder halt maximal 2100 1/min wenn ich mal 100km/h fahre. Und da kommt das ganze ja nicht, ich glaube unter 3000 1/min war es noch nie aber bei allem darüber. Um so höher die Drehzahl um so schneller kommt es.
