Hello.
Is it possible to test an electric fuel injector cleaner on a 1997 Golf III, diesel engine (non-TDI), 1.9L engine code: AAZ?
If so, how do I do it? Can I use VAG-Com, or are there other options available?
Best regards from Mark.

Hello.
I only want to test the fuel injector for functionality! It's necessary for my Elk car due to the Euro 2 emissions standard. Otherwise, my fuel pump is mechanical.
Best, Mark.

Hi.
It turns out the problem was resolved. I took my car to Bosch and had the electric fuel injector control valve checked for functionality. I thought it might be the cause of the occasional jerking I've been experiencing, but it was actually the AGR valve.
Thank you, and best regards, Mark.
