Golf 3 Ventilation Control System

Hello, I just noticed that my Golf isn't blowing any heated (or fresh) air into the footwell area. All the other vents are working. Where can I find the slider that controls this?

I'm not talking about the control knob in the center console. I'm referring to the slider that distributes the amount of air inside the car. Is it located behind the center console? Or is it easier to access?

Hi Maik,

As far as I know, the vent valve is unfortunately located deep within the dashboard, making it difficult to reach, as I recall from a previous attempt to find it.

I believe that, starting from the passenger footwell, you can reach the dashboard with 3 to 5 hand and arm stretches...
