BKC Touran: Starting Issues, Starts on 2nd Try

I am looking for a fault in a Touran manufactured in 2006 with a BKC engine.
The following problem is occurring: The engine starts and immediately shuts off, similar to the behavior of a faulty immobilizer. However, there are no error codes stored in the engine control unit (ECU) or immobilizer.
The throttle valve has already been temporarily replaced for testing purposes.
The fuel pump in the tank is new.
Turbo is okay.
Mass points and the starter motor speed are also okay.
The vehicle exhibits no handling deficiencies. The error occurs only sporadically, approximately once every 20 starts.

I had a similar problem with the engine starting.
It's a 2.0 TDI, but I think the starting procedure should be almost the same. The problem was the starter motor's speed. Therefore, the starter motor was replaced under warranty, but without success.
In the second step, the initial speed was adjusted, and now it's working.
