Start of AEL funding - Early value maximization?

Hello everyone,

What, in your opinion, is the maximum early start value that I can set for the start of production at the AEL?
Background: Timing belt and water pump belt have been replaced. Adjusted the pump to 0.32mm using a dial gauge.
After a few manual rotations, the measurement was 0.29 mm.
Measured at 1550 RPM with an elevated idle speed of 79. Values should be between 45 and 60.
With this setting, it started up like a brand new car.
We have now adjusted the setting to 59-60. 'It's been starting poorly lately, especially when the engine isn't fully warm.'
Now I'm thinking about adjusting the pump again to achieve an earlier start to the pumping process.
How far can I 'exaggerate' it?

"During my AAT (Automatic Air Suspension) inspection, I couldn't access the control unit, so I didn't have any baseline values and had to rely on a test drive and a multimeter. It's not critical. A workshop, in a hurry, had previously set the pump belt a half division, or the width of a tooth, too early. It wasn't running perfectly, but it was working. I would pay attention to the noise; if it was noticeably louder at partial load, it was probably too much." The NOx levels are probably already exceeding the limits, but no one is measuring them.
