Log File Analysis: Review Request

Hello everyone,

I've been a long-time reader of this forum and have often been able to find solutions by searching. Now, I'm facing a problem where I need your help.

Vehicle: VW Golf 4, model year 2000, ALH 90 hp engine, mileage 183,000 km. Chip tuning by B&B to 105 hp at 70,000 km. No issues except for a faulty dual-mass flywheel. Mass airflow sensor (MAF) replaced at 100,000 km.

Problem: Very slow boost build-up, only reaching boost at approximately 2100 RPM. Perceived power loss of about 20% across the entire RPM range (acceleration without any noticeable "holes"). No mechanical noises detected, no audible air leaks, and the error memory is clear.

UPDATE:

Error found: The turbocharger is defective. While the variable geometry turbine (VGT) valve still moves freely, but...
The wave becomes difficult to turn after a few rotations.
