Thank you, Sebastian!

According to the vehicle identification number, you have a Passat. This model does not use a Conti/Teves MK60 ABS system, but rather a Bosch 5.3 or 5.7 system, which does not offer any of those specific "options."

2) That is exactly the problem that is described in the KD solution - if I remember correctly, it was described there as a problem related to the alignment of the powertrain.

1) Too bad, but I can live with it. With my old A3, I had the feeling that it adjusted earlier, so it's okay. I also need to be a little careful with my tires icon_smile.gif.

2) This explains the different levels of intervention. But shouldn't this principle always be present, and is it only "masked" by the reprogramming? We're not actually changing the alignment of the powertrain, nor are we simply increasing the values on one side.

Well, the pa-mm6 was helped. I'm just asking out of pure interest. So, no one here needs to break their head over it for my sake... icon_cool.gif

As far as I understand, yes.

As the new ABS coding, including the bad road package, it is: 0023174

Hello.

I'm experiencing the same problem again with a friend's car. It's a Golf 4 Variant, manufactured in 2003, with a 101 HP TDI engine.

The current coding for the ABS ESP MK 60 front, part number 1C0 907 379 M 102, is 0019458.

It would be great to also incorporate the "bad road" encoding here.

Is there perhaps a table somewhere where one can calculate the encodings?

Sure, here's the translation:

"Thank you very much in advance."

Sure, here is the translation of the text from German to English:

"MFG" is an abbreviation for "Mit freundlichen Grüßen," which means "Sincerely" or "Best regards" in English.

If a malfunction of the sensors, etc., can be ruled out, you should try changing the coding for the low-traction suspension, if necessary... icon_cool.gif

Hello.

NoThank you very much.
