If my memory serves me correctly, an AWX engine always had a 5-speed gearbox, while an AVF engine had a 6-speed gearbox!

The clutch is different, but the transmission fits. I also replaced the clutch and dual-mass flywheel anyway (the AWX has less torque). GKB: GBQ.
