Hello,
If I were to trick the engine control unit (ECU) into believing that a boost pressure of 1 bar is present at, for example, 1300 RPM, the engine would receive more fuel, which would result in increased torque. This pressure could be drawn from a reservoir (which was previously fed by the boost pressure).
What do you think about it??
Hello,
Have you ever calculated how much air the engine draws in per minute?
You would probably have to hang a manure tank

behind the car and use it as a pressure reservoir to deliver the required amounts...
It probably makes more sense to simply adjust the injection quantity to be closer to the soot limit.
Perhaps it would also be an idea to use an electrically powered turbine (a vacuum cleaner operating in blower mode)

in the lower speed range to increase the boost pressure.
Regards,
Eike.
