Parking Assist Audi A4 (B5) Retrofit

I would like to retrofit the original EPH (Electronic Parking Helper) into my Audi A4 (B5) facelift model.
I've already obtained the necessary parts, but now I need some tips on how to install them.
Where should I run the cables into the interior?
How do I make the electrical connections? (What is the color coding for the cables?)
Where are the control unit and the signal transmitter normally mounted?
I would be grateful for any advice...
