Having the rear disc brakes adjusted could provide the measurements.
Diameter, pin length, length(s) (thread pitch).
It would be great, but it's not a must.

Are you seriously going to try to build something like that? It's not worth it. You can find those things for a very low price on sites like eBay.

If you still want the data, just let me know, and I'll take some pictures and do some measurements.

Okay... forget about it.
Right now, someone is actually offering those parts for €15, including shipping and packaging.
So far, I've only seen the universal sets, which cost around €70, and that was too expensive for me.
Used too much, every few years.
