Question about engine mounts. Defective?

Yesterday, while replacing the AGR (air intake control valve) and some seals, I noticed that my left engine mount has a dent in it. Besides the dent visible in the photos, the bearing is bulging outwards.

Is this normal, or is something broken? I'm experiencing a slight jerking sensation when starting up, below 1500 RPM. However, there are no error codes stored, and the clutch and dual-mass flywheel have already been replaced.

Edit: The whistling sound was caused by a leak in the intercooler piping. It is now verschandeln and leak-proof again.
