Golf 3 Variant: Suspension & Chassis Upgrades

Hi,

I have a small problem: I need to replace the shock absorbers on my Golf 3 Variant for the TÜV inspection. Since I moved into our unfinished house for Christmas, I can't find my repair manuals , which means I have to rummage through 40 moving boxes...
Can someone help me with the torque specifications? A scan or something like that would also be nice .

I've already Googled it, but I'm getting different information.
