Hello,
Yesterday, I called *** in Kempten because I wanted to get my TDI engine tuned.
I was then informed that they had set up a subsidiary company, called Opus Performance or something similar, for this purpose.
I was then connected to a gentleman who introduced himself as: 'Good day, my name is ....... from Hörmann-Motorsport.................'
After a brief data comparison, he also told me that no fine-tuning is done during chip tuning, or that it is not necessary at all!
I always thought you were supposed to go to reputable tuners who have things like a dynamometer.
'Who understands the confusion surrounding *** and can explain it to me?'
What do you think about the explanation regarding fine-tuning?
Who has been to ***/Opus?
And most importantly, how was the chip tuning performed?
Thank you in advance.

The so-called 'fine-tuning' that is always talked about is nothing more than chip tuning using a software specifically designed for your engine control unit's identification number!
Opus is a 100% subsidiary of ***!
Honest opinion: There are good, decent, and even better tuners available that are also more affordable!
Regards,
Manuel.

So, I managed to negotiate a price of 650 euros with ***/Opus, including the TÜV registration.
So, I think that's going to be hard to beat!
