Audi C4 AAT/AEL: Which ECU when?

I would like to have an overview.
which engine control units (Bosch part numbers) are used in the Audi 100 / A6 Type C4 (4A) 5-cylinder TDI?
when they were manufactured (from MM/YY to MM/YY, production years).

and specifically for MKB: AAT and AEL.
and for both automatic and manual transmissions.

It would also be interesting to know which of the models had the integrated GRA* system and which already had an integrated immobilizer.

(as I said, I'm only interested in the Bosch part numbers)

At least you'll get the part numbers that way. I'm not sure how to find out whether it includes the GRA (presumably a specific feature or component) or not.

Unfortunately, the circuit diagrams do not entirely correspond to reality in this respect }.
The GRA functionality is only included in the third generation of AAT-based flight control units, or from the beginning in AEL systems (as is also the case with the WFS and transponder).

If I remember correctly:
Generation 1+2 only supports measurement block 0, and GRA functionality is only available from generation 3 onwards.
