Glow Plug Installation: Did I Do It Right?

I drive a B7 V6 TDI with the engine code BDG and I have installed Beru spark plugs.
Okay, I'm going to do a compression test on the car in the next few days because it's smoking when starting and doesn't start well in warm weather.

On my candles, it says:

Beru Germany 009
0 100 226 338

The part number seems to be correct, but what does the "009" mean?
For the V6 TDI engine, Beru lists the part number GN 008.

Is this just the revision number, and does it match my engine? Or are they the wrong parts, or are they counterfeit, etc.?

They probably are the right ones.
"009" likely indicates the year of manufacture, specifically 2009.
