Short Circuit Error 004160: Solved!

My BMW went into limp mode (MIL light came on) while driving at 140 km/h on the highway, and then it wouldn't start for about 10 minutes. After that, it started again, and when I got home, VCDS reported the following:

Now, Google says that the Siemens piezo elements often fail with a "short circuit to ground." However, I'm experiencing a short circuit to positive.

Is there still hope that it's just the wiring harness? I can't get around to working on it until the weekend, so it has to hold up until then...

Oh, sh*t. So much for Google, it's right here.

Update and solution: The vehicle had a complete breakdown, including engine failure and being stranded. Consequently, it had to be towed to the VAG emergency repair shop for repairs.

During this process, the nozzles were apparently cleaned again, and there was definitely a noticeable improvement compared to my last log (see below)...

And there were also signs and miracles: All of this happened with 100% goodwill...

(There was no software update available, but you can't have everything ).
