A single-color LED could also be used for signaling purposes.

Possible options include:

Constant yellow light: Regeneration required; automatically initiated when a suitable driving cycle is detected.
Flashing yellow (slow, non-alarming): Regeneration in progress... "Please do not disturb!"

Okay, I've inquired again, and apparently the new Post Caddys are supposed to have some of that functionality built into their AI.
Probably they are 1.6 TDI engines, possibly even CAY models. (((Then there's the unlikely scenario that DHL has a special firmware?)))

When browsing various car forums, some users are looking for a solution, and in some vehicle manufacturers, it is easier to identify the process of regeneration.

In my opinion, Volkswagen made a double mistake there.

If the filter bag frequently breaks or causes problems, this will affect the prices of used cars. For a vehicle costing, for example, €9,000, people are unlikely to be willing to spend an additional €800 on a new filter.
Do third-party providers already offer something like that?

In my opinion, it would be a good idea to allow users to choose whether or not to display the regeneration information within the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process; this way, even those who are unfamiliar with the feature won't be confused.

For me, the current solution is more than just annoying.

It would also be useful to signal with a single-color LED:

Constant yellow light: Regeneration required; automatically initiated when a suitable driving cycle is detected.
Flashing yellow (slow, not triggering alarm): Regeneration in progress... '' Please do not disturb!

This was the initial situation. It was deactivated because many people were driving to the workshop due to a WARNING message and fear of damage. icon_wink.gif

'Any normal person would panic when they see warning lights.'

One person understands, many people react with panic. icon_wink.gif

You know that the postal service used to even have its own engines?
The 1.7-liter diesel engine in the T3.

Okay, please provide the German text you would like me to translate into English. I will only provide the translation.
Transparency, Teamwork
... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

m;

The engine was also available, although very rarely, in the Golf 19E, specifically for use by the postal service (telecommunications company).
I remember that because after 1000 kilometers, the cylinder head bolts had to be tightened by half a turn.

Or the stripped-down Polo 6N models, without seats, trim pieces, etc.
A very lightweight car, but with the 90 horsepower TDI engine.
I don't know what they were thinking when they designed it, but it was really fun to drive.
