Hi!

I'm having a problem with a Passat 2.0 CBAB CR.

Intermittent power loss with MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) illuminated, speed limited to 100 km/h. The problem disappears after turning the engine off and restarting. Occasionally, the glow plug indicator also starts flashing.

I tried testing the vacuum sensor on the turbocharger using a vacuum pump, but I couldn't generate any vacuum.

There is also an electrical component on the vacuum chamber. Valve, I'm seeing this for the first time.
Could it be that the container needs to be electrically controlled in order to create a vacuum inside?

Error found. The electrical connection is used for position monitoring, if I remember correctly about this motor.

The engine code seems to be incorrect. Sometimes, the U-Dose is available as a replacement set.

CRs and the BMR are perfectly suited to identify this error.

N75 and G581 in a scatter plot - done.

The sensor G581 is the position indicator in the vacuum chamber. You can clearly see if, for example, the membrane is torn.

Normally, there is a roughly linear relationship between N75 and G581.

If the values are too close to the edges, something is not right.

You can also attach a syringe to the container and observe the readings from the G581.

Is there another question? Is there a trick, or a limit, when the vehicle is stationary and you press the accelerator? The engine speed only goes up to 2500 RPM before it's cut off.
