P2563 Passat CC: Diagnose & Lösungen (2.0 TDI)

Hello,
"I need help. For a few days now, the engine warning light has been on, and the ignition coil is flashing (see photo). I had the error codes read, and it says: 'Turbocharger wastegate control solenoid position sensor circuit; Range/Performance'."
-Permanent!!! It actually runs normally, but it has gone into emergency mode a few times. What could be the problem?

KOBD2Check would have displayed a reasonable error message (low boost pressure), and you would have received help here as well.
