DPF Problems: 2.5 TDI in VW T5 Van

Hello, could someone please take a look at the log?

I would like to know if the MSG still has the original software installed on it.
Maximum injection amount: 62.9 mg.
at 2400 mbar boost pressure.
The lambda value is 1.2 at full load.
It seems like there's too much happening with too little boost pressure.
Unfortunately, I don't have any comparison values. The loading coefficient increases very rapidly.
My friend had the turbocharger replaced two weeks ago.
PDF is only just over a year old. However, I don't trust the whole thing from the previous owner.

It looks fairly normal. Are the charge air pipes and intercooler leak-free? It's also possible to connect a PD tuning module. So, check the wiring harness for the PD elements to see if anything unusual is connected.

Yes, everything is sealed, including the new liquid cooling.
The Lambda 1.2 reading at full load made me curious. I thought it was borderline, especially with the DPF.
Perhaps the DPF is simply clogged with ash.
Assuming the injectors are working correctly, it shouldn't be producing soot. I drove it earlier, and within 20 kilometers, the fuel level went from 14% to 40%.

Perhaps other PD elements are also installed. Please perform a performance measurement (instructions are in the KPower menu under "Help").

A general rule of thumb for 4-cylinder engines is that they can handle approximately 1% overload.
per 10 kilometers of driving distance, under normal driving conditions.

That means, no full throttle, no trailer, and no 500kg in the trunk.

But in your case, it's a factor of 10. That can't be right.

However, that wouldn't be a reason for it to fail.

A new DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) will be installed this weekend.
After the previous version simply reset the ash mass to zero.
The differential pressure sensor has been recalibrated.

Yesterday, I drove a Touareg with an R5 engine, and it was without a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter). The maximum fuel injection amount was used.
MWB 1: Approximately 59 mg/H without visible soot. Lambda value not available due to the absence of a sensor.
