Heated Seats: Golf IV TDI Complete Kit Price

I've recently become the proud owner of a Golf IV TDI 1.9 again. Years ago, I used to drive a Golf I TD with 75 horsepower (amazing). Since I want to take good care of my 1.9, I'd like to have a parking heater installed, including a coolant pre-heater. I've already researched the manufacturers. I've also already received some complete offers. The cheapest one is 1000 EUR. Since you are all experienced turbo diesel experts, I wanted to ask if you know of any companies that would offer a more affordable complete price.

It probably won't get much cheaper. Based on my experience, 1000 euros is already a good price.
Adding a transmitter and similar extras will likely make it more expensive.

Alternatives:
- search on online auction platforms.
- Have a Calix or Defa engine pre-heater installed.
It works like an immersion heater. The only requirement is that you need a power outlet.
Since I prefer to park in garages, I did the latter and I'm happy with it.
