I changed the oil in a Ducato manufactured in 2009 with a 2.3 D engine and 120 horsepower. According to the owner's manual, it should take 6.3 liters of oil, but when I put that much in, it's about 1.5 cm above the maximum mark. If I use 5 liters, it fits correctly. Does anyone know if the owner's manual is wrong or if the oil dipstick is inaccurate? I've already searched online and found similar experiences, but I haven't found any answers.
"Also, after driving in the rain, I'm experiencing a problem where water is leaking out from behind the front left wheel well, towards the direction of travel. Does anyone here recognize this issue? There must be somewhere that water is getting in. I'm attaching a photo so you can get an idea of what it looks like."

According to Audodata, the Multijet 120 with a 2.3-liter engine even requires 6.5 liters.

Here's the picture showing where the water is leaking out. There's no hole on the right side.
Could it be that only the splashed water is getting in? I find that hard to believe, considering the amount of water that comes out after a rain.

I can't say anything about the oil.
Regarding the water source: Where is the hole located? Is it at the front or back, in front of or behind a front or rear wheel?
If it's located behind one of the front wheels, it could be the drain for the water reservoir located in front of the windshield. Water draining from the windshield would then be the cause, and in my opinion, there's no reason to worry.

The hole is located behind the front tire. Does it only have a drain on one side? Because there's no hole on the right side.

If the water reservoir is asymmetrical or has a slope in one direction, then a single drain outlet would be sufficient. I suggest testing it with a garden hose, where the stream of water should run off from the windshield.
