Generally speaking, the engine is operated at the point where the minimum of the three limits – driver demand, torque, and fuel consumption – is reached.

Since the "notch" I discovered always has a lower torque limit, the notch is not actually "used."

meine 3 Beschleunigungskurven im Log habe ich im 2. 3. und 4. Recording started.
And in the 4th gear, there's no "notch" at the top, and it doesn't jerk.

I've got that figured out so far.
"But isn't the 'peak' at the maximum, and doesn't the torque limit define the minimum of the three?"
I'm unfortunately not quite getting it , and also, my RPM is around 1800.

The torque limit is the lowest value in your curves, so it's okay.

What is the specific need for action here? It seems reasonably okay. While the boost pressure regulation isn't perfect, it's not necessarily a reason to remove the turbocharger.
