T4 2.5 TDI ACV Engine Failure While Driving

Hi!
I'm having a problem with my T4. It stalled while driving and won't start anymore. There are no error codes in the diagnostic memory. The engine runs normally as long as I spray brake cleaner into the intake manifold. The fuel tank is about three-quarters full. No fuel is reaching the injectors. Relay 109 is engaging, and I've even bypassed it with a cable. The ELAB (fuel pump relay) also engages and receives power during starting. I disconnected the blue return line, and diesel was leaking out of it when starting; it's also leaking where you screw in the measuring gauge.

Could it be that not enough pressure is being built up in the high-pressure section?
or are there also electrical faults that could prevent diesel from reaching the injectors?

Is the water pump belt still installed? And is the timing belt itself also still in place?

Is the motor speed being detected?

Please also seal the drain plug first, because if it leaks from there, it's definitely not going to get any better.

The screw is tightened and sealed again. Shouldn't there be an entry in the error memory if the speed data is missing? I mean, the tachometer shows a reading, but I'm not entirely sure.

The ACV doesn't actually have a camshaft sensor to monitor that. }

How can I determine that?

Choose any suitable gear where the engine speed is appropriate, and try to start it.
The starter motor should be able to handle at least 250-300 RPM.
