VCDS MicroCan: Can't Edit Adaptation Channel

I wanted to modify an adaptation channel in the central electronics control unit (part number 5Q0 937 086 BM) of my Passat B8, manufactured in 2018.
It is about the following channel:

IDE11477-ENG128480- Interior lighting parameter - p_t_delay_entry_footwell.

Unfortunately, my VCDS MicroCan device is giving me an error message stating that the interface cannot send telegrams larger than 256 bytes. But isn't the channel exactly 256 bytes in size?

Unfortunately, I don't have an automatic scan available right now. I can run one if you'd like.

das Problem ist die Firmware im MicroCAN, das zu sendende Telegramm ist schlicht zu lang. Dein MicroCAN ist von 2012, es wird seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr produziert. Why?
In vehicle models from the 2018 model year onwards, depending on the model and equipment, control units are installed that require such long telegrams for these types of operations.

-> Current diagnostic hardware is required, such as HEX-V2 or HEX-NET.
