Audi A8 D3 Headlight Malfunction

Hello gentlemen, I am experiencing the following problem with my Audi A8 D3, manufactured in July:
Due to very poor light output, I decided to open the headlights and replace the reflectors for the xenon bulbs. Additionally, the left headlight has a problem with the adaptive cornering light. Of course, I was hoping to find the error.
Unfortunately, I haven't found the error, and I've even found more! I put everything together without the glass for a test on the car, and tada: now I also have errors in the low beam range and the static cornering light. It's a complete mess. The basic position of LWR is not possible in this configuration.

Where could the error be?

The easiest way to start troubleshooting a static curve light is... It's just a light source with two wires, so the possible fault paths are quite easy to check.

Overall, I can imagine that a significant amount of material may have detached, which could explain the multiple errors. That is purely speculative.
