HEX-V2: Login failed (Solution)

I've acquired the HEX-V2. Software 18.9.1 DRV
Wanted to install a trailer hitch.
The car is an Audi Q2, manufactured in 04/19.
But no matter what I do, it's not working.
When logging in, an error message always appears: "Stg sends no SEED" or, when encoding, the message "Fingerprint WSC ... rejected".
Error memory reading function.
I am feeling a bit lost.

Where is the Autoscan? Have you noticed that your car is newer than the diagnostic software being used?

The hood must be open in order for it to function.
