Golf 4, year 2003 - KOBD2Check - Operation failed

I have a question. I wanted to read the diagnostic data from my wife's Volkswagen Golf 4, manufactured in 2013, today.
Bekomme mit KOBD2Check immer nur "Operation fehlgeschlagen". OS: Windows 7 Professional.

The OBD2 RKS+CAN adapter is being properly recognized, and the status LED is lit green.
The software also detects when a device is unplugged and then plugged back in.
However, when querying the data, a connection cannot be established.

Similarly, KCANMonitor and KDataScope are not working either.

Now, don't say that the box is too old; I specifically asked about that before buying it.

The Gold 4 doesn't even have CAN on the diagnostic interface. A Golf 4 was produced in 2008, but not much later, and a production year of 2013 is unlikely unless your second name is Marty McFly.

KDataScope can of course be used independently of the car; the program itself works perfectly. However, you won't be able to record any data with a Golf 4 using the CAN bus interface.

KCANMonitor is not included as a separate item in your KOBD2Check order; the program is simply copied to the hard drive as part of the same installation package.
