TDI 184PS: Long/Delayed Start Problems

After a prolonged period of inactivity, it occasionally takes a longer time to start (3-4 seconds). This issue can occur at any temperature.
After a long search, it might be the valve of the variable valve timing system. This valve can sometimes stick for the first few seconds. During the starting process, the delayed adjustment can be measured. Since around 2016, VW has installed a new valve and outer housing.
Does anyone know about this issue and has switched to the new valve?
