Hi,
my suffering is slowly coming to an end. It's about my Phaeton, the HD had given up.
I replaced the high-pressure pump (used), as well as thoroughly flushed and cleaned everything. I had the injectors overhauled and programmed all the new IMA codes via VCDS.

During reassembly, a connection on the fuel line broke, so I bought a new fuel line (unused) on eBay.

After that, I went on my first test drive and had to realize that I was experiencing intermittent power loss, mainly during heavy acceleration/load.
From then on, the problem started. I initially thought it was the used HD, so I bought a new one. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the issue, and it was also accompanied by a very unpleasant warm-up behavior (it took a long time to start).

I initially suspected the injectors, so I ordered and installed a second set, but unfortunately, the behavior was the same as the other injectors.

It took a long time and after several tests, I identified the "new" leak.
The performance loss is gone, but the warm-up behavior is still...

I also read out the values.

I believe that cylinders 1, 2, and 5 are faulty.

Moin,
was mir auffällt:
Im Log "warm" ist die Anlasserdrehzahl sehr niedrig, die Hochdruckregelung im LL ist nicht stabil, und Zylinder 5 zeigt sich deutlich schwach.
Das Log "test neu" ist weniger aussagekräftig. Zylinder 5 zeigt sich wieder schwach. Zur Hochdruckregelung kann man mangels Soll/Ist Vergleich unter längerer Last nichts sagen.
Ich würde erst mal die Startdrehzahl in den Griff kriegen, die sollte deutlich höher sein (Batterie ?), und dann prüfen (nicht tauschen), vor allem den Raildruck.
Der Fehlerspeicher sagt nix?

Fehlerspeicher sagt nichts.

Das Auto springt kalt gut an, ruckelt jedoch genauso wie wenn er warm ist.
wenn er warm ist springt er schlecht an, wie im log.
