Controlling pumps/nozzles: Short circuit to positive

Error: 005731 - Valve control for pumps/nozzle.
P1663 - 000: Short circuit to positive voltage - Warning light illuminated.

The error can be deleted, but it reappears with the next attempt to start.
The fuel injector wiring harness (original part) was replaced in the car about a year ago.
"The nozzles were also re-sealed."
We've re-checked the nozzles and the wiring harness (Okay).
Also, here's the translation:

Since I didn't have an oscilloscope, I couldn't measure the outputs.

Hello,

I would start the tests by connecting only one PD element at a time and clearing the error memory after each attempt. Then you'll see where your mistake is and where it isn't.
