I wouldn't put any stock in those catalog values anyway!

If you really want to know the unladen weight of your car, you need to check the vehicle's identification plate! It's usually listed there for newer models!

Could it be that only Audi does this?

There have already been several threads in the Ibiza forum about the topic of weight, and the figures posted were often highly questionable, especially considering the equipment listed. This was also the case for newer cars (models from 2003 and 2004).
