Upgrade Thermotop T with genuine T70

I have a problem; I want to upgrade my Thermotop T DW50 with an original T70.

Does anyone know the pin configuration for the T70? The standard Y-cable doesn't fit the connector on the T70.

Does my Passat TDI with the 1Z engine, manufactured in 1995, perhaps have a connector hidden somewhere?
