Hi.
This is a bit 'off topic,' but I'm going to describe my problem anyway.

Yesterday, I completely filled my Passat, which I only bought a few weeks ago. When the pump shut off, I added about 3 more liters (pushing the nozzle onto the spout). Two hours later, I had a diesel puddle in my garage. At first, I thought the diesel had expanded and then leaked out through the overflow. However, I've already driven 200 km since then, the fuel gauge is lower, and it's still dripping. When I turn off the engine, it continues to drip for about an hour, then it stops. The fuel is running down the tank, so it's leaking somewhere higher up.
What could that be?
Regards, Claus.
PS: With my 'old' Passat, model year 1995, I sometimes managed to add up to 10 liters of fuel through the filler neck, and it didn't overflow
